What is your return policy for innerwear?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on innerwear such as briefs, trunks, and panties once the original packaging has been opened. However, other apparel items like t-shirts and track pants can be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition with tags attached.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Net Banking, popular UPI apps, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled through the 'My Orders' section of our website as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the shipping stage, it cannot be modified.
